About us

For 20 years, we have been bringing conference hotels and venues together with planners, travel managers and buyers through our online booking portal.

Here we provide the complete selection, quotation and booking process for a meeting or group accommodation entirely digitally and in 15 languages.

For example, a conference hotel in Germany receives and processes an inquiry from a Chinese customer in German. The Chinese customer in turn receives and reads their offer in their own language. Individual rates already agreed with companies are stored in conference inquiries. This makes working with meetago super easy and efficient.

At the same time, our hotel partners benefit from the concentrated demand from our corporate customers. More than 7,000 companies rely on our structured booking process for inquiries, procurement and bookings and have made meetago one of the strongest booking channels for meetings and group accommodation in Central Europe.
